Email template types

The following is a list of pre-configured email types used to notify clients and Back Office users, such as admins or managers, about specific system events. Each type is linked to an email template that can be customized in multiple languages and is used to send notifications via email. For every email type, usage conditions are specified in the Description column.

For email types related to notifications about events on the B2COPY investment platform, refer to the B2COPY product documentation.

To clients

The following is a list of email types used to notify clients:

Template type name	Description
`registerDone`	Notification sent to a client informing about their successful registration in B2CORE. This template is used whether the client registered on their own via the B2CORE UI or was registered by an admin through the Back Office.
`registerConfirm`	Request sent to a client to confirm the email address provided during registration.
`On login`	Notification sent to a client informing about a successful sign-in to the B2CORE UI, including relevant details such as date and time, IP address, device, browser, and location. This helps clients quickly identify any unauthorized access and enhances account security.
`changePassword`	Notification containing a verification code to confirm a password change for accessing the B2CORE UI, sent to a client who is currently signed in.
`restorePassword`	Notification with a verification code to confirm password recovery for accessing the B2CORE UI, sent to a client who isn't signed in and has clicked the Forgot Password link on the Sign In page.
`PasswordChangedByAdmin`	Notification sent to a client informing that their B2CORE UI password was changed by the admin and that the new password must be used to sign in.
`accountCreated`	Notification sent to a client to confirm the creation of a new account (for example, MT) via B2CORE, including relevant account details and credentials.
`cTraderAccountCreated`	Notification sent to a client to confirm the creation of a cTrader account via B2CORE, including the relevant account details and Login ID.
`DXtradeUserCreated`	Notification sent to a client upon creation of their first DXtrade account via B2CORE, confirming the setup of their DXtrade user profile, which can include multiple trading accounts. The notification also contains credentials for accessing DXtrade.
`TradeLockerUserCreated`	Notification sent to a client upon creation of their first TradeLocker account via B2CORE, confirming the setup of their TradeLocker user profile, which can include multiple trading accounts. The notification also contains credentials for accessing TradeLocker.
`MatchTraderClientCreated`	Notification sent to a client upon creation of their first Match-Trader account via B2CORE, confirming the setup of their Match-Trader user profile, which can include multiple trading accounts. The notification also contains credentials for accessing Match-Trader.
`TradingAccountRejected_toClient`	Notification sent to a client informing that their request to open a trading account was rejected, including the reason.
`changeAccountPassword`	Notification with a verification code sent to a client to confirm a password change for their trading account (for example, MT or cTrader), initiated via the B2CORE UI.
`accountPassword`	Notification sent to a client including a new password and its type for their trading account after a successful password change request initiated by the client in the B2CORE UI.
`BalanceWarning`	Notification sent to a client informing about low balance on their account, including relevant details.
`VerificationApproved_toClient`	Notification sent to a client informing that their verification request to obtain a higher level was approved, including relevant details.
`VerificationRejected_toClient`	Notification sent to a client informing that their verification request to obtain a higher level was rejected, including the relevant details and reason.
`VerificationSuccessful`	Notification sent to a client to confirm successful KYC completion and achievement of the highest verification level.
`DepositNew`	Notification sent to a client to confirm that their initiated deposit is being processed, including the relevant details.
`DepositSuccessful`	Notification sent to a client to confirm the successful deposit to their wallet, including relevant details.
`DepositFailed`	Notification sent to a client informing that their deposit has failed due to technical issues, including relevant details.
`TransferRequestReceived_toClient`	Notification sent to a client to confirm that their transfer or internal transfer request has been submitted and awaiting admin approval.
`TransferRequestAccepted_toClient`	Notification sent to a client informing that their transfer or internal transfer request was approved and executed, including relevant details.
`TransferRequestRejected_toClient`	Notification sent to a client informing that their transfer or internal transfer request was rejected, including the relevant details and reason.
`WithdrawRequestAccepted_toClient`	Notification sent to a client informing that their withdrawal request has been submitted and awaiting admin approval.
`WithdrawRequestApproved_toClient`	Notification sent to a client informing that their withdrawal request was approved, including relevant details.
`WithdrawRequestRejected_toClient`	Notification sent to a client informing that their withdrawal request was rejected, including the relevant details and reason.
`Withdrawal confirmation`	Notification with a verification code sent to a client to confirm their initiated withdrawal request.
`WithdrawTransaction_toClient`	Notification sent to a client informing that their withdrawal has been processed, including relevant details.
`WithdrawDone`	Notification sent to a client to confirm the successful withdrawal, including relevant details.
`WithdrawFailed`	Notification sent to a client informing that their withdrawal has failed due to technical issues, including relevant details.
`Withdraw_whitelistConfirm`	Notification with a verification code sent to a client to confirm the action of enabling or disabling their wallet whitelist.
`Withdraw_whitelistEnable`	Notification sent to a client informing that their wallet whitelist has been successfully enabled. Withdrawals are now allowed only to whitelisted wallet addresses.
`Withdraw_whitelistDisable`	Notification sent to a client informing that their wallet whitelist has been disabled. Withdrawals are now allowed to any wallet address.
`Bonus_onSetCredit`	Notification sent to a client informing that a bonus has been credited to their trading account, including relevant details about the requirements that must be met to receive the bonus amount on balance.
`Bonus_onClearCredit`	Notification sent to a client informing that the bonus requirements have been met and the bonus amount has been added to their account balance.
`Bonus_onExpireCredit`	Notification sent to a client informing that the credited bonus has been canceled, including the reason.
`IBRequestConfirmed_toClient`	Notification sent to a client informing that their request to join the IB program as a partner was approved, including the assigned partner ID.
`IBRequestRejected_toClient`	Notification sent to a client informing that their request to join the IB program as a partner was rejected, including the reason.
`ArchiveAccountApproved_toClient`	Notification sent to a client informing that their request to archive a trading account was approved and the account has been successfully archived.
`ArchiveAccountRejected_toClient`	Notification sent to a client informing that their request to archive a trading account was rejected, including the relevant details and reason.
`DeletePersonalData`	Notification with a verification code to confirm the removal of client personal data when deleting their profile in the mobile app.
`WireEuroStandard_toClient`	Notification sent to a client, including details of a payment via the WireEuroStandard method.

To Back Office users

The following is a list of email types used to notify Back Office users, such as admins or managers:

`SuccessfulRegistration (to admin)`	Notification sent to a Back Office users informing about a new client registration, including relevant details such as the client's email address, first and last names, as well as the registration date and time.
`AdminAccessHasBeenGiven`	Notification sent to a user who has been granted admin access in the Back Office, including relevant details and credentials.
`AdminUserCreated`	Notification about a new user who has been registered in the Back Office, including relevant details such as the user's email address, the group in which the user is included, the registration date, and the admin who added the new user.
`ApiBackendLoginConfirm`	Notification with a verification code sent to a Back Office user to confirm their sign-in to the Back Office.
`BackendLoginConfirm`	Notification sent to a Back Office user to confirm their sign-in to the Back Office by clicking the button displayed in the notification, without the need to enter a verification code.
`BackendEmailConfirmation`	Notification with a verification code sent to a Back Office user to confirm various actions in the Back Office.
`DepositSuccessfull_toManager`	Notification sent to a Back Office user informing about a successful deposit to a client wallet, including relevant details.
`VerificationUploaded_toManager`	Notification sent to a Back Office user about a new verification request from a client who has submitted documents for KYC.
`Test Passing (to admin)`	Notification sent to a Back Office user about an accreditation test completed by a client, indicating that test results need to be checked.
`WithdrawRequestReceived_toManager`	Notification sent to a Back Office user informing about a new withdrawal request from a client, including relevant details.
`RequestRecieval`	Notification sent to a Back Office user informing about a new client request of any type, including relevant details such as the request ID and type, the client’s name and email address, and the request date.
`TransactionEvent`	Notification sent to a Back Office user about a created client transaction, including relevant details such as the client's email address, company name, and transaction type.
`RedTransaction`	Notification sent a Back Office user about suspicious deposit or withdrawal transactions to which the red status is assigned in the course of transaction monitoring.
`TransferRequestReceived_toManager`	Notification sent to a Back Office user informing them about a new transfer or internal transfer request from a client, including relevant details.
`TransferEvent`	Notification sent a Back Office user about an executed transfer or internal transfer, including relevant details.
`IBRequest_toManager`	Notification sent to a Back Office user informing about a new client request to join the IB program, including relevant details such as the request ID, client’s name, and email address.
`EventLogMessageEmail`	Notification sent to a Back Office user when notes or comments are added to the Event log, in which the user is tagged.
`archiveAccountRequest`	Notification sent to a Back Office user informing about a new request to archive a client trading account, including relevant details.
`WireEuroStandard_toManager`	Notification sent to a Back Office user, including details of a client payment via the WireEuroStandard method.
